How Does Tish Flooring Stack Up with Your Indianapolis Flooring Options?
When it comes to shopping for flooring in the Indianapolis area, you will never go wanting for options.

And truly, every flooring shopper should check out at least three or four reputable firms once they start shopping for flooring. Just as important, or perhaps more important, as comparing prices is the comparing service and installation quality. We hope you’ll pardon the self-congratulatory tone here, but the reviews are in and, as it turns out, nobody does customer care like Tish Flooring in central Indiana! We compared our company’s online reviews versus 13 other well-known flooring companies in the area as of August 2017. Please pardon this one… we were floored! Without naming names, here’s what we found:
Yelp
On Yelp, Tish Flooring currently sits at 73 reviews (featured and non-featured) with an overall average of a 4-star rating out of a possible 5 stars.
Only one other company had a comparable number of reviews (73), but their rating was 2.5 stars out of a possible 5. No one else even came close, both on ratings and reviews, with one receiving 25 reviews (2.5 stars) with the rest in single digits. No company with more than 2 reviews had 5 stars, with most hanging around 1 or 2.
On Google, Tish Flooring has the third most reviews at 23 and a rating of 4.3 out of 5 stars.
While there are others with more reviews (27 and 26), no other company even comes close to Tish in terms of rating. Those two had 1.7 and 2.8, respectively. This shows that not only are lots of people inspired to share their story, the overwhelming majority had a positive story to tell.
Angie’s List
In this town, in our business, Angie’s List is very important to us. This is the best place for Indianapolis-area locals to find and share their best recommendations. On Angie’s List, we have been fortunate enough to earn 628 reviews while maintaining an overall A rating for 21 years.
While others had A ratings as well, the sheer number of reviews, while maintaining an extremely high rating, tells you hundreds of folks trust Tish above all. The next closest flooring company had 285 reviews, less than half that of Tish Flooring.
Facebook lets companies have a direct dialogue with their customers and those that leave reviews. We are very proud to say that, on Facebook, no other local flooring company has achieved or surpassed 4.8 stars with 44 or more reviews as has Tish Flooring.
But don’t just take our word for it, look around for yourself. You’ll see that we didn’t just cherry pick favorable stats; our longstanding obsession with client care has led to not only higher reviews, but more folks actually going out of their way to post and share their Tish experience on Facebook.
Of course, along the way, you will find reviews of people who have had a less than favorable experience with us. Ours is a highly service-intense business. From time to time – about 3% of the time to be close to precise – a customer is disappointed or frustrated with us for one reason or another.
