New York Fashion Week just ended, which means it’s time to check out the Spring Pantone Color Fashion Report.

It may be weird to think about spring fashions and colors when leaves are falling and the weather is turning cold, but this is the time when designers start their production in order to have styles ready by springtime. By checking out the color fashion report now, you can pick up any end of summer house decor items that will fit perfectly into next year’s color forecast.

Let’s get into the report. Here are the colors:

13-1520 Rose Quartz
16-1548 Peach Echo
15-3919 Serenity
19-4049 Snorkel Blue
12-0752 Buttercup

13-4810 Limpet Shell
16-3905 Lilac Gray
17-1564 Fiesta
15-1040 Iced Coffee
15-0146 Green Flash

Pantone has labeled this collection of colors as “A Transporting and Transformative Canvas.” They’ve tasked these colors with quite the mission, “Colors this season transcend cultural and gender norms. Vivid brights give way to excitement and optimism, though quiet stability prevails in this season’s palette.”

The great thing about these colors is that they work well for rooms decorated for both men and women. Have you been disagreeing on what exactly is the best color to choose for repainting a room or choosing accent pillows? Check out this palette and you may find an agreeable color!

Some notable features of this palette include the addition of some vibrant reds, like the color Fiesta, which would make for a good kitchen or dining room color. Anywhere that needs an accent, this color, reminiscent of bright spring flowers, can provide a playful pop. You can pair this color with Snorkel Blue, Green Flash or Limpet Shell for a fun color combination.

If you’ve enjoyed the nautical trend of the last few years, Snorkel Blue will help you keep it going. This color would do well anywhere you want a calming feeling. Pair it with Buttercup, Iced Coffee or Peach Echo.
