Flooring’s newest employee, Operations Manager Erik Purvis. While you may not see him on the sales floor, if things are running smoothly, it’s most likely due to Erik. “I’ve been in flooring since November 1997 when I first moved to Indiana,” said Erik, coming to Tish with over 17 years of experience in the flooring industry. He had previously worked as a controller and had his hand in operations, accounting and IT.
